Preparation Instructions
To Make 1 Litre of Milk Mix 130g of Sunshine Instant Full Cream Milk Powder With 900ml of Cold Or Warm Water and Stir Well. for Best Results Add Powder To the Water, Do Not Pour Water Onto the Powder. As A General Guide for Larger Or Smaller Quantities 1 Level Measure Sunshine Instant Full Cream Milk Powder + 3 Level Measures Water Pumpkin Scones 2 ½ Cups Self Raising Flour 1/2 Cup Sunshine Instant Full Cream Milk Powder 45 G Butter 1 Cup Mashed Cooked Pumpkin (Approx 350g) 1/4 Cup Sultanas, 1/3 Cup Water 1. Preheat Oven To 200°c. 2. Sift Flour Into Large Bowl, Add Sunshine Instant Full Cream Milk Powder. Rub in Butter Lightly With Fingertips. Add Pumpkin, Sultanas and Water, Mix To A Soft Dough. 3. Turn Out Onto A Floured Surface, Knead Lightly. Pat Dough Out Until 2 Cm Thick, Cut Into Rounds Using 5cm Cutter. 4. Place Scones Close Together On Greased Baking Tray. Brush With Milk. 5. Bake 12-15 Minutes, Until Golden. Makes 12.
